Led a team of researchers, designers and product managers in innovating, usability testing and iterating on the Zappos product page.
This project was so big in touching so many cross-functional teams in the company that it required me giving 17 different presentations throughout the company for feedback and insight. In doing so helped create the most successful product iteration to date for Zappos.com: $4 million increase in revenue in just over the weekend. It was proving its value so quickly that the test was bumped to 100% and thus had a new product page.
